Collect in Store (Free of Charge)

Pick up in store between 9am-5pm Mon Sat. Please email or call before collection to confirm your order is ready. Card Owner and Card used must be present along with a copy of you order upon collection.

We can deliver in and around London – Please contact us for a quote. Congestion Charge will apply where applicable.

What if I'm out when delivery is made?


We use Interlink Express who provide a 1 Hour Slot Text or Email. As long as you have provided us with one of these pieces of information you will receive a notification. You can choose to change delivery time to suit your requirements from this notification. In the event of you being out when your item is delivered a card will be left with instructions for collection or notification of re-delivery.

Please take note of this Calling Card as your order could be returned to us if no action has been taken and re-delivery charge will incur.

Dispatched Goods


Once orders have been despatched, your package is the responsibility of the Courier Provider. We will endeavour ensure your delivery reaches you in time but on rare occasions delays do occur for which we cannot be held accountable. If you have an urgent requirement we recommend you speak directly to PEC to discuss delivery options.

All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. All out parcels are sent with a Tracked Courier Service 9am – 5pm. We do not deliver over the weekend or over bank holidays unless prior agreement has been made.

Tracking Delivery


PEC will send you a Tracking Code by email once goods have been dispatched.

Upon Receipt of Package(s)


All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

Please check the package externally for damage and ensure problems are noted and confirmed by the Courier/Delivery Driver.

If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please sign for the parcel as "DAMAGED" . Parcels signed for as "UNCHECKED" are not valid in later appeals.

Stock Shortages


If any product within your order is out of stock and could affect the delivery time you have selected a member of our dispatch team will notify you.We endeavour to keep a vast range of goods in stock. For the items that are non-stocked we aim to source and deliver within the 2-5 Working Day delivery time frame. Some manufactures require longer delivery time scale e.g. Eglo. In these instances we will email you the lead PEC sell through multiple channels so online real time stock check is currently not possible. If the order is of extreme urgency please email or contact us by phone.

Where do You Deliver To?


Currently we are only able to ship to the UK Mainland at the present time. If you wish to place an order that is to be delivered outside of the UK mainland e.g Europe or International, please send us an email first so we can confirm the delivery costs.

Excessive weight or Oversized Goods


If goods exceed 15Kg or are longer than 1.5 Meters then we will contact you as an additional carriage charge may incur to cover our shipping costs.
