Apollo AlarmSense high quality A1R Rate of Rise Heat Detector, suitable for use with AlarmSense 2 Wire Fire Panels. 

Most conventional fire systems work with two pairs of wires per zone: one pair for detection devices; the other for alarm devices. By using different voltage bands for quiescent and alarm states, AlarmSense components can be connected to the same pair of supply wires. This reliable technology takes all of the complexity out of fire system design, leading to quicker, more flexible installation and around a 20-25% reduction of labour over a standard four wire system.

  • Housed in a pure white polycarbonate moulding
  • Fitted with two alarm LEDs to allow 360º visibility
  • Third-party certified to EN54-5 by UL International (UK) Limited
  • 9-33V DC operating voltage
  • Generates an alarm condition when it detects a temperature between 84 to 100 degrees 
  • Requires one of the following Bases below  
  • Can be used with Apollo AlarmSense Standard Base 45681-244APO 
  • Can be used with Apollo AlarmSense Detector Sounder Base 45681-510APO 
  • Can be used with Apollo AlarmSense Detector Sounder Base and Indicator 46581-509APO
