Draper Expert quality XP1000 99640 VDE Water Pump Pliers 250mm , manufactured from premium steel forged in Germany. 

Induction-hardened jaws provide better gripping performance, featuring multi-position adjustment and 'no-nip' handles. A two-part bi-material ergonomic soft grip handle allows maximum grip and user comfort, and horns prevent slipping onto live conductors.

Tested to 10,000V, these cutters are suitable for working on live circuits of 1,000V AC and 1,500V DC. Maximum cutting capacity: 1.8mm.

The handle also incorporates a tethered fixing solution to comply with Work at Height Regulations (tool lanyard and wrist strap sold separately).
