- Excellent adhesion to concrete, brickwork, stone, wood, iron, aluminium and many synthetic materials such as polyester and PVCu
- Once cured can be cut, sawn, painted or plastered
- Insulates and sound deadens
- Conforms to DIN 4102 Part 1 B2 for construction materials and BS 476 Part 20 fire rating up to 2 hours in certain joint configurations
- Fixing window and door frames
- Filling large gaps (the foam will expand to completely fill the cavity)
- Sealing pipes, cables and ductwork through brickwork and openings in walls
