Good points:: Heats really well, looks good and fits perfectly in a small room. Delivery was very fast.
Bad points:: A little tricky to work out how to use the timer, as the instructions are limited.

Good points:: Great product, well designed and easy to install, did that in about 20minutes. Learning to programme it though, from the instructions supplied was a nightmare. Two and half hours later I left a help message with customer services. They got back to me very quickly which helped. I did however, find two links, later on youtube that explained things much more concisely, with graphics.
